For the past 15+ years, music and meditation have been two of the most powerful ways I've found to connect with myself and the universe.

For those who want to go deeper, ongoing sessions are available at $50/hr. We'll work together on consistent action, accountability, and the inner tools that make it all sustainable — breathwork, meditation, visualization, and daily practices that build the emotional energy to keep going even when it gets hard.
