Why I Do This Work
For the past 15+ years, music & meditation have been two of the most powerful ways I've found to connect with myself and to improve my life.
Through my journey, I've discovered teachers and tools in the world of personal development that have helped me turn more & more of my own dreams into reality both personally & professionally. I'm still on my own journey — and I love using these tools. I've seen them work beautifully many times in my own life and in the lives of those I love.
I’ve learned that when you really get clear on what you want to create, and deeply connected to why it matters to you, your energy changes. A power that was previously dormant begins to awaken.
That's exactly what these sessions are designed to help you access & utilize.

My Commitment to This Work
This isn't something I stumbled into. For over a decade I've been deeply committed to studying, practicing, & living these principles — because I've seen firsthand what's possible when you do.
Music & Performance: I've released numerous musical projects including “The Aww Yeah Mixtape” and have performed live hundreds of times — building a real creative practice from the ground up over 20+ years.
Meditation & Inner Work: I'm a certified meditation teacher and creator of the “Warm Sun Meditation” with 15+ years of consistent practice. I've studied extensively with Joe Dispenza — including his Formula, Progressive Online, and Abundance courses — and applied his work in my own life and with those I love.
Personal Development: I've completed Tony Robbins' full Mastery University — Unleash The Power Within, Wealth Mastery, Life Mastery, Date With Destiny, and Business Mastery — alongside years of study through his books & programs. I've also studied widely with many other leading teachers, authors, & coaches in the field.
Digital Marketing: I've worked professionally with marketing agencies for 7+ years, applying everything I've learned to my own businesses and to helping others grow theirs. From social media marketing & paid advertising to email marketing, funnel building, & content creation — I bring real-world experience that business owners & entrepreneurs can benefit from immediately.
Putting It Into Practice: More than anything, I've applied this work in my own life and used these tools to support the people I love. That energy & real-world experience is what I bring to every session.
How These Sessions Work
In your free session, we'll get clear on what you're wanting to create right now and why it genuinely matters to you. From there we'll start building a real action plan — so you can leave with clear next steps & momentum, not just inspiration.
For those who want to go deeper, ongoing sessions are available both online & in person at $50/hr. We can work together on consistent action, accountability, and the inner tools that make it sustainable — breathwork, meditation, & daily practices that build the emotional energy to keep going even when it gets hard.
